Terms & Conditions
1. General
By submitting and paying for the Pre-Order, you secure the delivery priority of one of the first 100 electric roo vehicles (an electric vehicle that will meet the EU road standards for an L2e vehicle (45 km/h)) ("VEHICLE").
By placing this pre-order, the Ordering Party reserves one Vehicle. If the Purchaser wishes to order more than one Vehicle, the Parties are obliged to place an individual order for each Vehicle or to contact the Producer directly.
If no other number of VEHICLES has been agreed upon or entered in this Reservation Agreement, the reservation shall be for one VEHICLE. The person making the reservation must be of legal age.
2. Conditions of the reservation
Your reservation comes into effect without signature as soon as you have placed it electronically on our website, by telephone or by e-mail, stating your personal details and address, but only becomes effective when you confirm it by paying the reservation fee of CHF 200 per VEHICLE to the following account of roo:

3. Content of the Reservation
The reservation only confirms you a delivery priority, but does not confirm a contract of sale of a VEHICLE. The reservation fee already paid will be deducted directly from the purchase price when you place your order. As long as you have not concluded a purchase contract with us, you can revoke your reservation at any time. In this case, we reserve the right to retain a contribution towards expenses of CHF 50.00 and will transfer the reservation fee minus the contribution towards expenses to an account specified by you immediately (but within 14 days at the latest). The cancellation must be made in writing with reference to the concluded reservation contract to the following address: info@go-roo.com or Share your BICAR AG, Dorfstrasse 8, 8608 Bubikon, Switzerland. You hereby acknowledge that we will not invest your reservation fee separately or with a third party or within a trust agreement and will not pay any interest on your reservation fee.
If the number of ordered vehicles does not reach or exceed 100, Share your BICAR AG reserves the right not to complete the production. In this case the full reservation fee will be refunded.
4. Assignability / in writing
Your reservation is not transferable or assignable to any third party without the prior written consent of Share your BICAR AG.
Any change to these terms and conditions must be made in writing. This also applies to the amendment of the present provision.
5. Warranty / Liability provisions
Share your BICAR AG does not assure any specific characteristics for the VEHICLE reserved by you.
Claims from assurances of certain properties and equipment features are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
6. Data Protection
Share your BICAR AG undertakes to process your personal data only in accordance with the mandatory requirements of Swiss data protection legislation. You hereby declare that Share your BICAR AG may use your personal data (in particular name, e-mail address and postal address) to contact you in connection with your reservation and order of the VEHICLE and in this connection may also send corresponding regular information on the production status and the expected delivery of the VEHICLE to the e-mail address provided.
7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
This Reservation Agreement shall be governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law, excluding the conflict of laws provisions of the Swiss IPRG and the Vienna Sales Convention. The exclusive place of jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory statutory jurisdiction, shall be Zurich.
